Chart House - Melbourne: Premier Seafood & Steakhouse with Stunning Bay Views

It seems one of the last restaurants in Florida where everything is still perfect. Chart House has become my favorite place in Florida. A great view of the bay with dolphins visiting quite often.

My wife and I went to chart house to celebrate our anniversary. From the moment we arrived the friendly valet greeted us. We arrived early and walked around the marina initially. When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by reception and a very nice atmosphere. The views out of the large floor to ceiling windows were spectacular. Since it was a special occasion the restaurant sat us in a table next to the large widows. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. We ordered the hummus, I had the filet mignon with a lobster tail and my wife had the sea bass. We both had wines, champagne which the restaurant brought to us for our anniversary, we also had the lava cake for dessert. The food was spectacular, I recommend the seafood over the steak, the steak was good but the fish and lobster were in a league of their own. Order the lava cake you will not regret it. Overall I’ve dined in some of the nicest restaurants in the world, and this ranked up there with the best. We will absolutely be returning in the future. If management reads this I wanted to extend my most sincere thank you for everything.

I took my husband there to celebrate his birthday. We had a nice time. The food and drink was great and the service was excellent. Brandon was our server. He was so nice and friendly. Also funny. He checked up on us periodically making sure we were good. Everything was just perfect. Thank you again!

Really elegant formal place and the staff treats you as you should be treated when you spend $200 on a meal for two. The food definitely gives upper middle class vibes. I liked my food but my partner wasn't crazy about his. Overall, I was full but you definitely go here for the atmosphere not necessarily the menu. Sitting by the water was so pretty so definitely sit outdoors if the weather permits. Great experience in general so would definitely go back

The Chart House is always a fun time. Great food. Great service. Great atmosphere! And if you're lucky, dolphins will be swimming by! They are a seafood & steakhouse in a classy setting with views. Dine in or stop in for happy hour which fills up fast so get there for 4 pm! Happy hour has a great little menu and eat, drink, and have a great time! Amara and the crew are all excellent!

A perfect dinner!!! We celebrated our 45th anniversary and this restaurant could not have done more to make it special! They gave us a sweet card, personalized our menus and treated us like royalty. The food was outstanding. Every bite of our meal was delicious and hot! We will definitely be back!
